During our recent stay, we were warmly greeted by two front desk team members Brenna and Tray who made our arrival genuinely pleasant. Tray acknowledged our Marriott Bonvoy status right away and thanked us for our loyalty, which set a positive tone for the entire visit. I overheard Brenna trying to get detailed information for another guest checking in on the Tesla charger. Both employees were professional, friendly, and efficient — the kind of first impression that makes you feel valued and at ease. It was a simple gesture, but one that stood out. Great hospitality starts at the front desk, and they got it right. All in all I felt like their welcome was above and beyond expectations. Thanks again for the thoughtful welcome Tray and Brenna!

Tray was very nice and helpful during check-in. He answered all of my questions and reminded me of all the times for breakfast. Customer service was definitely A1. The best I’ve ever had and he made the check-in process very smooth. I had the keys to my room in no time. Thank you Tray!!!

Arrived from Alabama, the rooms were nice and clean, they have a jacuzzi, pool, basketball courts , Starbucks. Breana was by far the friendliest & most helpful woman we’ve thus far. Great location, great service, very family friendly. The bartender can make some great drinks as well .

Tray at the front desk is amazing. Thank you for the great customer service. My family and I wanted a specific room , they couldn't accommodate that request, but Tray found us a great substitute! Very pleased.

A very nice hotel only a few minutes away from LAX. The rooms are great, and the staff friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again!

The front desk was really kind. The rooms were really nice and clean. The food at the bistro was ready quickly and was tasty. Good location with a few walkable fast food spots and a grocery store across the street. The pool was clean. I would come again if i’m in the area again!
